This is a Fine Art photo of a GRAPETTE sign in Camden, Arkansas. The Grapette Company was founded in 1939 with two great tasting sodas, Grapette and Orangette. These were their flagship flavors. These sodas are still being produced today in Malvern, Arkansas under the brand name “Sam’s Choice" sold only at the Wal-Mart stores. It is interesting that what is introduced to us as children often remains our favorite soda drink flavor as we age, this is definitely true for the Grapette and Orangette, a true southern taste that one acquires at an early age. There is no other explanation.
