The Lookout Mountain Tourist Lodge is located near Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This was a very popular tourist destination, known all over the Southern states as the place to take your family vacations. For the adventuresome there was hiking the Blue Ridge trails and canoeing the various water ways to the simple pleasures of fishing off the dock or swinging from a rope swing over quite lake waters. Lookout Mountain was always easy to find, because it was advertised on every available barn roof throughout Tennessee.
