This is a Fine Art of the 'Wagon Wheel Bar' sign in McGregor, Texas. Ferron McGregor was traveling through Texas in the 1900s when came upon the opportunity to homestead a large parcel of land which he named, naturally, the town of McGregor. His youngest son, Michael opened the 'Wagon Wheel Bar' in the fall of 1950. The town today only has a population of 4500 people, but is convenient to Waco and surrounding areas, only eight miles from Crawford, Texas and the ranch of President Bush. The Wagon Wheel Bar is still in business, but no longer owned by the McGregor family.
