This is a Fine Art photo of the Buckaroo Tavern neon sign in Seattle, Washington. This is an interesting sign depicting a cowboy riding a bucking bronco. The tavern is located on the corner of 42nd and Fremont Avenue North. Two blocks west of highway 99, between the Woodland park Zoo and the Freemont bridge in Washington State. What is really fascinating about this neon sign is the question that arises ‘what in the world is this sign doing atop a bar in Seattle? One does not equate such a Wild West activity as bronco riding with Washington state, perhaps, chess or cribbage or monopoly, something that can be done inside during those endless rainy days. Sadly this old tavern closed recently, however, some thoughtful person made sure to preserve the wonderful old neon sign by putting it in storage. Kudos to that person or persons. You deserve this photo, but you still need to pay for it.
