There has never been a time when Ronny might have taken a subtle approach to anything. The Rock’n Ronny stories are legendary; stripped naked he rode his bike up the steps of the Library Of Congress in Washington DC, demanding that he have himself patented. Of course, he had been drinking at the time and this was before 9/11 so the officials were not sure what to do. It was decided to send Ronny over to the Smithsonian and let them deal with him.
