Neon Dancers, Seattle, WA

Fine art photograph of a nostalgic neon sign of a pair of dancers. The 1940s through the 1950s were the grand era of Big Bands and 'Ballrooms' were every where, because people really enjoyed the experience of dancing. This wonderful neon sign depicts a couple in the position of a waltz step. Her lovely polka dot dress swinging in rhythm as she moves with her tuxedo clad partner. Those were 'truly' the great old days when dancing and live music were a weekly event. There were no TVs and non sense video games, Facebook and Ebay that kept us glued to our chairs. People were out swaying to the music, laughing and in general, totally engaged in life.
